We are a company which provides professional inspection services to the Peninsula, Tidewater, Southside, Williamsburg and surrounding cities and counties.

The company was started with the purpose of providing potential buyers, sellers and property owners (residential and commercial) with a detailed, digital report of the present condition of the property and its major components.

Equipped with this information, the client can make a knowledgeable decision with regard to the property. A verbal summary of findings of the present condition of the house will be presented to the client on-site immediately after the inspection, followed by a digital copy of the full report emailed shortly afterward. No waiting to get a good perspective of the property from the inspector.

In our many years of operation, HHII has developed and customized its own method and cut out a place in the residential and commercial markets. We have built a strong network with repeated clients, loan officers, realtors and those involved with the housing industry in this local community.
